Nick Cioce’s journey into home construction had a humble beginning, working with his father as a teenager sweeping up around jobsites in Naples, FL. He learned early on how the smallest parts of the project could turn out to be the most important. His parents instilled in him an eye for detail that has earned Herrington Homes accolades for over 35 years.

After attending Villanova University, Nick worked as a CEDIA certified design specialist for high end audio/visual equipment and low voltage systems for both residential and commercial applications. His territory, all over the east coast, taught him the importance of maintaining relationships and communicating with clients, especially if they were at a distance.

In 2012, Nick joined Herrington Homes constructing custom homes and continuing to build great relationships in Western North Carolina. He has also maintained an unlimited building contractor’s license, the highest qualification achievable in North Carolina and is consistently working on continuing education through the National Association of Home Builders with an emphasis on aging in place and green construction techniques.

As a second generation custom home builder, Nick draws inspiration from his parent’s success and looks to build on it by offering superior construction methods with personalized attention to detail. Over the years he developed a team of dedicated craftsmen and an integrated approach in order to offer a stress-free building experience.

In his spare time, Nick enjoys exploring the mountains of Western North Carolina with his wife and daughter. They have made Arden, NC their home where they are raising their family and growing their custom home and remodeling business.
